  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time of purchase.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

  • We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD orders require a ₹99 advance payment to confirm the order. This amount will be adjusted against the final payable amount. The advance is non-refundable if the order is refused or cancelled after dispatch.

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch (except in COD orders, where balance is due on delivery).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events. TheOGCartel is not liable for such delays once the product is dispatched.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Products are eligible for exchange/refund only if reported within 7 days of delivery, along with a valid reason and an unboxing video from start to end.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only after inspection, with courier charges deducted.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or our services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent purposes

  • Copying, distributing, or reselling our content, products, or images without permission

  • Misuse of COD orders (refusal without valid reason, repeated cancellations, etc.)
